The Skivention Medical Professional Development Forum brings together early- to mid-career medical practitioners from across Australia for a week of structured peer learning, interdisciplinary discussion and professional reflection. Modern medicine is increasingly specialised, demanding and professionally isolating. While clinicians regularly attend conferences to advance specialty-specific knowledge, opportunities to reflect on the shared experience of practising medicine across disciplines remain comparatively uncommon.
